Unless otherwise noted, all items are shipped within 1-2 business days. In fact, most of our items are already made and ready for immediate shipment. Party favor packages and wholesale orders may take longer, please notify us if your order is time sensitive.
USPS Services, and estimated transit times
Orders are shipped from Illinois, via your choice of mail service. The transit time is an additional 2-5 business days, depending on the service you select.
First-Class 3-5 business days, estimated
Priority Mail 2-3 business days, estimated
International shipping is not yet available, please contact us to request an accurate shipping quote when ordering outside of the US.
When an order is placed and payment has been received, the status is "Processed". You will receive an email when your order has been made, stating that your order is "Complete". This also means that your order is finished and will ship either that day, or the following business day.
If you have not received your package in the time expected, including processing time, please email us.
Important: We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost due to incorrect address information provided. Please double check the shipping address provided. We purchase delivery confirmation on each domestic shipment. If the post office confirms that the package was delivered, we will not replace an order.
