This American-themed loopy bow is made using grosgrain and sheer ribbons. The colors are blue, white, red with stars, blue sheer with white polka dots, and red with stitching and sparkles. This loopy bow is attached to a french barrette. French barrettes stay placed in all kinds of hair. All ribbon is heat-treated to prevent fraying.
