This ponytail holder is made with grosgrain ribbon in green, red, white and red with white polka dots. The streamer ribbons hang about 6 inches from the center of the ponytail holder. Streamer ribbons have been attached to an ouchless elastic hair tie. Ribbons are heat sealed to prevent fraying.
